- Hotel/Hospitality - Maryland responsibilities include:
- Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and
resource allocations.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to meet client
requirements and regulatory standards.
- Identify critical milestones and manage project schedules.
- Contract Management:
- Oversee contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers,
ensuring compliance and performance.
- Negotiate terms for favorable outcomes and monitor contract
adherence.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with
financial goals.
- Implement cost-saving measures and review financial documents
for accuracy.
- Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings to update team members and resolve
conflicts.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Maintain high standards of construction and craftsmanship
through quality assurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and conduct
inspections.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to
mitigate them.

Project Manager - Hotel/Hospitality - Maryland will have:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager/Senior
Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor.
- Proven experience managing projects ranging from $1M to
$20M+.
- Hospitality project experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Job
