Job Description:
--- Directs and performs lifecycle contract administration from
pre-solicitation through post-award phases.--- Administers all
types of contracts and/or subcontracts including IDIQs, CPFF,
T&M, FFP, and LOE.--- Serves as primary point of contact with
teaming partners and government officials for contract-related
matters.--- Meets and communicates with Business Unit staff to
understand and anticipate their contracting needs.--- Reviews,
prepares, and analyzes contract terms and conditions and advises
management on issues of concern and recommended alternatives.---
Ensures compliance with contract reporting requirements.--- Works
with Business Units to respond to requests for proposals and
quotes. Reviews and submits unsolicited proposals/quotes. Tasks may
consist of proposal preparation including RFP/RFQ analysis,
pricing, compliance matrix, terms & conditions review, and
technical proposal coordination.--- Assists with Export Compliance:
researches, coordinates, files, and monitors required
applications.--- Assists with the development, maintenance, and
negotiation of Company contractual agreements.--- Assists with the
development, maintenance, and implementation of department policies
and procedures.--- Ensures compliance with applicable government
regulations and internal policies.--- Performs special projects as
needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:--- Ability to multitask and
work effectively, independently, and with others ensuring timely
completion of diverse assignments and meeting established quality
standards.--- Shows a history of ownership, initiative, and the
ability to stay organized in a multitasking environment.--- Strong
organization skills, to include attention to detail and
accuracy.--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.---
Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in
a professional manner with executive-level internal and external
parties during periods of high stress and tight deadlines.---
Ability to exercise discretion in the handling of confidential
information.--- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Access.--- Knowledge of Export, ITAR,
FAR, DFAR.--- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Accounting Software, preferred.
