  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Department at WellSpan York Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
  • Shift options: 3p-3a or 7p-7a, flexible for travelers.
  • Minimum experience required: 2 years.
  • First-time travelers not accepted.
  • RTO: Maximum 7 days, weekends every 3rd weekend, holidays as needed.
    • Job Requirements
    • Current Pennsylvania state nursing license required.
    • BLS - Basic Life Support certification required.
    • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 90 days of start.
    • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification may be required depending on unit needs.
    • NIH Stroke Certification required due to facility's stroke specialization.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift is either 3p-3a or 7p-7a, with flexibility for travelers.
      • Every 3rd weekend required.
      • Call requirements: n/a.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Emergency Transitional Care Unit (ETCU) is a 22-bed expansion of the Emergency Department.
          • Additional Details
          • Tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
          • Could care for COVID patients.
