The simulations offer students a real-world look at a wide variety of companies and career paths so they can make more informed choices after college.The Role in Brief:Strategic Leader, ForageAs a Strategic Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our enterprise partner relationships - responsible for owning and nurturing those relationships on behalf of Forage.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the Success/Product Adoption relationship: Manage relationships with high-value Strategic Accounts including several Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption and run quarterly business reviews.
  • Relationship Building: Initiate and build strong, enduring relationships with business users and VP level executives.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management team and cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize value for clients.
  • Internal Customer Advocacy: Identify new opportunities to unlock value for your customer through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Metrics Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed partner success metrics.
  • Industry Insight: Develop familiarity with relevant industry and market trends.Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and 3-4+ years of experience.
    • 3+ years of proven success managing large enterprise accounts.
    • Strong track record of navigating large organizations and building relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with business users and VP level executives.
    • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets.
    • Experience managing a high-value book of business.
    • Excellent communicator with attention to detail.Ideal Qualifications:
      • Commercial, ambitious, scrappy, and results-oriented.
      • Deep sense of curiosity about customers and products.
      • Self-starter who believes in building meaningful connections.
      • Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an equitable working environment.Compensation:The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $51,500 - $75,000 per year.
