Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist (Bill
Review) to manage provider relations and assist with bill
processing.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze medical bills based on various regulations and
guidelines
Respond to provider inquiries and monitor the bill review
process
Communicate with medical providers and clients to resolve
bill-specific issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation Bill Review
Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and DRG
Proficient with computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
Hospital Bill Review experience and CPC certification preferred
