Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
Triaging and resolving clinical messages between patients and
clinicians
Scheduling and onboarding new patients, including managing
clinician schedules
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree required; Certified Medical
Assistant (CMA) certification is a plus
At least two years of experience in a fast-paced medical
practice
Strong customer service orientation and passion for patient
care
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Slack and
Google Workspace
Motivation to pursue a career in clinical medicine is
encouraged
