Eye Care Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for new customers using their electronic health record software.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct discovery calls with new practices to gather necessary information for implementation
Maintain communication with customers throughout the implementation process, addressing questions and providing support
Assist in quality assurance testing and maintain educational resources for customers

Required Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in an eye care setting
Experience with EMR/EHR software
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with application sharing tools
Experience with Google Classroom is a plus
