Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Operations Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the Security Monitoring team in
detecting and responding to security events
Manage logging and monitoring capabilities and drive improvements
towards an ideal state
Educate departments on services and integrate them into processes
while guiding team development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of current technologies and tactics used within a
Security Operations Center (SOC)
Understanding of the information security industry and the current
threat landscape
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent
experience
5+ years of experience in Information Security and 2+ years in a
leadership role within a Security Operations team
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based
applications
