Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Live Event Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for audio and video devices during live
interactive online events
Troubleshoot technical issues for participants, senior event
managers, and facilitators
Document and report technical problems and continuously improve
support quality
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English
College / University education (4-year degree) from an accredited
institution
1 - 3 years of work experience in executive support or with a SaaS
company
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft/Google Doc suites
Reliable access to a strong broadband internet connection and a
quiet area during live meetings
