Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Account Representative to
enhance customer connections and support team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer care
and identify growth opportunities
Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects while managing
inbound communication and work queues
Proactively make outbound calls to set customer appointments and
assist other teams as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year in a call center environment; must be fluent in
both English and Spanish
Strong customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must provide personal computer and hardwire internet connection
