Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Access Strategy Lead,
Cardiovascular.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the access planning process and coordinate cross-functional
efforts within Global Value Access
Develop pricing guidance and maintain price policy while
representing payer perspectives on the Product Team
Conduct market research and integrate clinical, market, and payer
information to develop and communicate the access plan
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 4 years of market access and/or payer
experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree
and 9 years of relevant experience
Experience in the cardiovascular space
Strong understanding of the payer environment in the US and major
international markets
Ability to conduct situation analysis and develop strategic
plans
Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically in a
matrixed environment
