Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to
train clients on SaaS products and guide them in designing and
developing custom websites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process and manage client go-live projects
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring
understanding of the software
Conduct training sessions and collaborate with design teams to
create tailored website designs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, technology, or a
related field
Experience in onboarding/implementation, client success, technical
services, or customer support roles
Solid understanding of SaaS products and basic software
principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
effectively
Familiarity with public company requirements, including
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), is a plus
