Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Operations Partner to
optimize and support performance goals within the Revenue Cycle and
assigned IBU leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement strategic initiatives and projects to enhance
business unit performance
Establish professional relationships to understand strategic plans,
operations, and staffing needs
Identify opportunities for billing or customer service improvements
and assist in executing revenue cycle strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare, or related
discipline required; Master's degree preferred
Eight (8) years of work experience in revenue cycle, business
operations improvement, or project management in healthcare
Internal applicants not meeting education qualifications may be
considered
