Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to manage
loan servicing operations and ensure compliance with
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships and oversee loan boarding and release
activities
Track servicing metrics, analyze data, and report findings to
management
Ensure timely and accurate completion of MERS processing and
accounting entries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a
related field preferred
3-5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing and oversight
required
Intermediate knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations
required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and mortgage servicing
platforms
Ability to read and interpret loan-related documents
