Job Description:The Real Estate Associate is responsible for contributing to the planning, design, and construction of residential real estate projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze project budgets.
    • Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies.
    • Secure financing and manage investor relations.
    • Regulatory Compliance:
      • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
      • Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
      • Conduct environmental impact assessments.
      • Stakeholder Coordination:
        • Communicate with clients, investors, and community members.
        • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other partners.
        • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.Required Skills and Qualifications:
          • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
          • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on residential projects and financial analysis.
          • Skills:
            • Strong project management and organizational skills.
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
            • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
            • Knowledge of construction processes and regulatory requirements.
            • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Personal Attributes:

              • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
              • Strong leadership and team management skills.
