Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist II to provide
onboarding and IT support for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main IT support contact for new hires, assisting with
setup and configurations
Provide support across a diverse tech stack and troubleshoot
technical issues
Conduct training sessions for new hires and document common issues
to create a knowledge base
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
(Bachelor's preferred)
Minimum of 2 years in IT support, focusing on onboarding or
end-user support
Proficient in Google Workspace, Office 365, Okta, Slack, Jira, and
other collaboration tools
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks; certifications in
ITIL, Okta, AWS, or Scrum are a plus
Experience in a fast-paced startup or open-source environment is
preferred
