Job Description:
A company is looking for a HIM Document Imaging Specialist
responsible for managing the confidentiality and accuracy of data
in both electronic and hard copy formats.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of data in
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Process documentation into Electronic Health Record (EHR) and
Electronic Data Management (EDM) systems
Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) while promoting
confidentiality and discretion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a clinical setting managing medical records
preferred
Experience as a Medical or Nursing Assistant or related position is
advantageous
Proficiency in HIM database systems, EHR, and EDM systems is
required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment
