Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Closer I to manage the
end-to-end closing process for commercial real estate loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a pipeline of transactions, ensuring timely closings and
coordinating with title, escrow, and legal teams
Review and analyze title reports and policies to assess risks and
ensure compliance with collateral requirements
Prepare and send accurate loan documents and maintain records in
systems while tracking pipeline status
Required Qualifications and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree
preferred)
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, including
loan document preparation and title analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, and cloud
platforms like Box, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Experience with commercial real estate title reviews and legal due
diligence is preferred
