Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as a key
advisor to the CEO and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a thought partner to the CEO, driving strategic priorities
and executive decision-making
Lead and manage high-impact initiatives and cross-functional
projects across business units
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and leadership teams,
facilitating communication and operational alignment
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a strategic, operations, or Chief of
Staff role within private equity or consulting
Strong understanding of private equity dynamics and SaaS business
models
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and influence senior
stakeholders
Highly adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with leadership development and succession planning
initiatives
