Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Refill Specialist to
oversee the prescription refill team and enhance primary care
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive team quality performance for designated market(s)
Foster employee productivity through daily activity metrics
review
Assist with training and onboarding new employees while promoting
team engagement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited
institution
Minimum of four (4) years of Certified Pharmacy Technician
experience
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a Call Center
Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience, direct or
indirect
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
