Job Description:

A company is looking for an RCM Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare clients, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing guidance on medical billing services
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and support their objectives

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of revenue cycle management medical billing experience
Experience with multiple EMRs and Practice Management Applications, including Epic and Cerner
Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients and projects
Willingness to travel to client sites as required
Proactive mindset with a passion for customer service and exceptional client experiences
