Job Description:
A company is looking for an Experienced CRE Appraiser to join
their Valuation team as a Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
Independently produce appraisal reports for various commercial real
estate assets
Research macro and micro trends in the commercial real estate
industry
Develop and maintain relationships with industry participants and
support leadership initiatives
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of appraisal experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience independently producing
appraisal reports
State licensure required; MAI designation is a plus
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical abilities and a self-starter mentality
