Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Specialist to
engage and enroll members in their health program.
Key Responsibilities
Educate members on the program and motivate them to enroll
Make outbound calls to prospective members and handle inbound
inquiries
Track and record enrollment activities and collaborate with other
team members
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
2+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health or Health Care
industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple
applications simultaneously
Ability to establish trust quickly and engage members
effectively
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
