Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complex Adjuster Inside Coordinated
for remote work in the Central Standard Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Summarizes documents and enters notes into claim systems,
documenting the claim file
Researches and responds to moderately complex customer
communications and issues
Notifies insured of exposure over policy limits and virtually
inspects and estimates contents damage
Qualifications
Must reside in the Central Standard Time Zone
2 or more years of experience in additional living expenses and
contents (preferred)
Customer service background preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of formal education requirements
