Job Description:

PennState Health is seeking a per diem / prn MRI Technologist for a per diem / prn job in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Specialty: MRI Technologist
Shift: 8 hours, evenings, flexible
Employment Type: Per Diem
Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners. Monitor patient safety and comfort, and view images of the area being scanned to ensure quality of pictures. May interview patient, explain MRI procedures, and position patient on examining table. May enter into the computer data such as patient history, anatomical area to be scanned, orientation specified, and position of entry.


Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) and registered or registry eligible in MRI.
