experience of our OverviewThis is a Hybrid position based out of
our location in East Petersburg, PA. Must have the ability to be
on-site 3 days per week, typical working hours are between
8am-5pm.The primary responsibility of this position is to manage
and monitor all aspects of defaulted residential and consumer
mortgage accounts in loss mitigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy
status in accordance with applicable governmental laws and
regulations.Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from borrowers who have questions on
their default process and how to reinstate or payoff the account to
resolve delinquency, mediate conflicts on the behalf of the
borrower between the default areas and ensure that delinquent and
current accounts are assigned and de-assigned correctly
- Receive, review, analyze and process loss mitigation
applications to determine the appropriate foreclosure prevention
workout for the borrowers
- Evaluate and approve foreclosure recommendations from
Collections, prepare and execute legal documents in support of the
foreclosure and litigation process and coordinate foreclosure
bidding instructions and Other Real Estate (ORE) transfers
- Correspond with attorneys, borrowers, collectors, appropriate
internal team members and management during the foreclosure and
litigation process
- Monitor the entire bankruptcy process to include preparation of
proof of claims, accurate and timely filing with bankruptcy courts
and motion preparation for relief of delinquent accounts
- Monitor and track files assigned to the Bank's outside law
firms for accuracy and timely processing of bankruptcy documents.
Process daily bankruptcy notification from Pacer through the
Special Assets application to notify appropriate internal
departments of new bankruptcy notices
- Apply and ensure adherence to Consumer Finance Protection
Bureau (CFPB) mortgage servicing regulations, investor and
Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) guidelines
- Responsible for timely and accurate filing of investor and
insurer claims on FHA, USDA, VA, and Conventional loans to maximize
reimbursement and ensure compliance with guidelines. Monitors loans
for claim triggers, provides supporting documents to ensure payable
claims, tracks for supplemental claims, appeals denials, and
curtailments as applicable, and completes loss
analysis.QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
(Required)Experience3 or more years default, foreclosure, loss
mitigation, bankruptcy and/or investor claims. (Required)Prior
experience using MSP software (Preferred)Other Duties as Assigned
by ManagerThis role may perform other job duties as assigned by the

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a

salary range may vary based on geographic location.The hourly rate
