Job Description:
The Sr. Technician, QC Sample Management is responsible for
receiving samples for QC testing, creating testing documentation,
managing laboratory supply inventories and service contracts and
purchase requisitions.-- Sample Receipt of QC samples, chain of
custody requirements, retains and reserves, verification of the
accuracy of the materials submitted and entry and receipts in
various system to support QC. Coordinate shipment of testing
samples to contact testing sites.Catalent is a global, high-growth,

role:
- Works closely with Manufacturing, Analytical Development and
Process Development for scheduling of samples submission to the QC
lab.
- Performs the receipt, storage, and submission of test samples
for the QC laboratories.
- Maintains and manages inventory of department materials and
supplies.
- Coordinates with Validation and Technical Support departments
for sample receipt and management for cleaning validation, process
validations, method validations, method transfers and other QC
support testing.
- Revision of QC laboratory SOPs.
- Responsible for adhering to the Environmental, Health, and
Safety program.
- Flexibility in following unique campaign requirements that may
include off-hour and weekend work.
- Actively participates in training activities, managing
individual training plan.
- Other duties as assigned.The candidate:
- HS Diploma with 2 - 4 years of experience working in a cGMP
environment required.
- Biologic sample coordination preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience working under the requirements
of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for pharmaceuticals and
biologics
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational
skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to succeed in a team-oriented environment under very
dynamic conditionsThe anticipated salary range for this position in
Maryland is $47,600---$65,450 plus an annual bonus. The final
salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be
dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited
to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and
length of experience within the industry, skillset, education,
business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this
salary range may not reflect positions that work in other
