Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CGM Solutions program management team and client leadership to oversight, assess, gather, and track status of client's multifaceted array of internal and external organizational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the tracking of taskers in the ETMS2 system in a complex program consisting of a combination of quick-turn, short-term, and long-term policy and compliance tasks.
  • Serve as Workflow Manager and offer innovative solutions to continually improve operations.
  • Quickly develop high level understanding and seamlessly execute and update, as required, client's business operations and standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with the client and CGMS team to meet client's long term strategic goals and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Provide cradle to grave support for the packaging and routing of taskings and staffing of packets for the NGB-J1.
  • Perform staff actions, analysis, and coordination related to productivity, quality management, and continuous improvement, including assessment, revision, execution of business processes, mission requirements, task management, and modification/implementation of other administrative controls.
  • Plan, support, facilitate routine and ad hoc meetings related to tracking of taskers.
  • Build productive collaboration among people with diverse ideas, perspectives, and values.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience supporting projects at the DoD, National Guard Bureau or other military branches
    • National Guard (Bureau) and/ or Pentagon CATMS/ ETMS2 experience
    • Experience in office or project management in a fast paced, task heavy environment
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience coordinating complex projects
    • Ability to pass a DoD Public Trust background investigation Preferred:
      • 5+ Years of experience in DoD (preferably Pentagon or National Guard Bureau) correspondence and support processes
      • Project Management experience
      • Demonstrated organizational skills using programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and/or Power BI
      • Superior executive level oral and written communication skills
      • Familiarity with National Guard programs and policies
