Job Description:

The Business Systems Analyst defines and prioritizes product features to align with business goals and customer needs. They manage the product backlog, facilitate stakeholder communication, and guide development teams to ensure timely delivery of the right features. Analysts focus on advanced analysis, strategy development, and effective collaboration to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering with stakeholders and prioritize business needs.
• Develop and implement business analysis strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Communicate clearly with diverse audiences, including stakeholders, developers, and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, manage dependencies, and align analysis with strategic objectives.Qualifications:
  • Senior Level: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst role and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's Degree substitutes 1 year of experience).
  • Expert Level: Minimum 7 years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Product Manager role with the same educational requirements.
  • Advanced analytical skills for identifying inefficiencies and aligning processes with business goals.
  • Experience with stakeholder facilitation, requirement prioritization, and clear communication.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational change.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence platforms for actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile software development life cycles.
  • Understanding of public sector dynamics, strategy, and market trends (Expert Level).
  • Mastery of predictive modeling tools (Expert Level).Preferred Software Proficiency:
    • Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk.
    • Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer and SQL Server Management Studio.
    • Alation, SolarWinds, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Microsoft Teams.Contract Type: Project Based Duration: 3-6 months (based on project timeline)
