This role will be hybrid with Tuesday and Wednesday onsite in the DC office. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$80,000.00. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Support ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.Work closely with employees across RDI and FRA to complete projects.Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency.Ensure solutions meet organizational needs and requirements. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Manage competing resources and priorities.Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.Coordination of occasional events.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years' business analyst experienceDemonstrated project management experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitaskComfortable in a flexible and adaptable environmentPower BI and data visualization preferred.U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.Benefit Overview:
