Major Responsibilities: Join other innovative and experienced tax professionals as part of the Penske Corporate Tax Team aligned around a mission to providing global tax compliance strategies, innovative tax planning approaches, and expertise surrounding tax risk management - including, but not limited to, the following: - Federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning - Tax forecasting and other tax savings projects - ASC740 projects and other financial reporting responsibilities - Identify process improvement initiatives to streamline projects and increase efficiencies Qualifications: Who you are and what you will bring: - Recent accounting or finance graduate with 1+ years of income tax experience - A learning mindset - Skills to analyze and manipulate complex data sets - Ability to use digital workflows and tools to accomplish team objectives - Process improvement skills to increase efficiency, simplicity and process clarity wherever possible - Problem solving skills to analyze issues, identify solutions and implement process changes - Communication skills to build relationships and influence process change across the organization - CPA certification or candidate preferred.
