Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Experience Designer, Production
(Library).
Key Responsibilities
Architect, publish, and maintain Figma design libraries with design
components and marketing deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and
consistency of design assets for product launches
Manage change workflows and serve as the primary contact between
product design and marketing communications teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience on a creative team, either in-house
or agency
Mastery of Figma, including components, shared libraries, and
branching
Strong organizational and project management skills with the
ability to prioritize tasks
Experience in creating product demos and applying design assets to
marketing surfaces
Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and lead
others
