Job Description:
A company is looking for an EDI Business Analyst II to oversee
reporting, reconciliation, and analysis of EDI transaction
data.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day reporting, reconciliation, and analysis of EDI
transaction data
Support the provider portal through implementation, testing, and
monitoring
Manage the intake, triage, and resolution of incidents and tickets
from customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
3+ years of EDI support experience, with at least 1.5 years in a
business-related role
Demonstrated experience with EDI X12 transactions
Experience in creating and documenting research and business
procedures
Proficiency in data and analytics
