Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to
provide support for health applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application and end user support, maintenance, and vendor
liaison activities for primary IT applications
Monitor and troubleshoot end user support tickets and respond to IT
application-related requests
Assist with testing application changes and participate in an
on-call rotation for after-hours support
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
software
3+ years of experience with Netsmart myAvatar EHR
10 years of IT experience supporting customers
Experience as an implementation or operation team member of an EHR
or Health Information System
Proven testing skills experience
