Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Car & Light
Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to clients' drivers and frontline agents with
repair authorizations and invoice processing
Make outbound calls to suppliers for processing and payment
instructions and assist with service follow-up
Respond to inquiries from drivers, clients, and suppliers regarding
repairs and maintenance services
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of general automotive knowledge, preferably with
mechanic experience
Active ASE Certification preferred, or agreement to obtain within
12 months of employment
Professional computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft
Office suite experience
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
