Job Description:
Company: Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) LtdReporting to the
Maintenance Coordinator at Agnew, you will be responsible for
leading a multi-discipline team of trades and apprentices to
provide safe, quality, and timely preventative and corrective
maintenance to surface fixed plant equipment with a major focus on
alignment with Operational and Department targets.This role is
offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster and is Fly in Fly out
from Perth or Drive in Drive out from the Goldfields region.

- Complete training and uphold your duties as a statutory
Appointed Supervisor under the Work Safe 2022 regulations.
- Develop relationships with team members based on the GFA
values.
- Ensure tasks are issued and completed in a safe manner and in
compliance with established safe work procedures, processes, and
systems that align with Australian standards.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to
focus the team's activities to achieve compliance with the
maintenance schedule, which includes weekly outages in the Crushing
Circuit and Paste Plant, and triannual Grinding Circuit
shutdowns.
- Require understanding and drive compliance with statutory and
ICMC related compliances.
- Actively mentor and develop your team to support personal
development.
- Develop and implement strategies and provide strong
leadership.About you:
- Mechanical Trade qualification at a certified level in process
plant maintenance with relevant and proven experience.
- Demonstrate experience at the Supervisory level, especially of
multi-discipline teams.
- Extensive proven and relevant experience on fixed plant
equipment such as grinding mills, screens, conveyors, crushers, and
pumps.
- A sound understanding of maintenance work management processes
with experience in managing maintenance work utilizing a CMMS
system, particularly SAP.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of the principles of Asset
Management, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and Root Cause
Analysis.
- A competence to submit technical assessment reports.Gold Fields
