Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to support retail
pharmacy customer relations programs.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach to Medicare members regarding medication adherence and
assistance with refill barriers
Assist customers with placing orders related to their healthcare
programs
Address retail pharmacy-related issues and other initiatives as
needed
Required Qualifications
Resident of specific states due to regulatory compliance
Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
Ability to obtain Florida Pharmacy Technician license
Minimum of 1 consecutive year of customer service experience
Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work
experience
