Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst to support contract
management and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, negotiation, and review of contract
terms for grants and service agreements
Manage post-award contract administration, including document
retention and compliance with funding requirements
Draft and negotiate professional service contracts and maintain
vendor contract data
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in contract review, negotiation, and
administration
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 5+ years of applicable
experience
Experience with federal grant compliance and project management
preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize multiple
deadlines
Experience in nonprofit work and conservation issues preferred
