Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solar Performance Diagnostics
Technician responsible for providing desktop troubleshooting
support to Solar field service professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Remotely diagnose PV system issues including non-operation and
underperformance
Maximize Field Service efficiency by ensuring the correct equipment
and skillset on-site for work orders
Assist in live Diagnostic Consultation with other departments via
phone
Required Qualifications
Technical or Engineering Degree holder (preferred) with
considerable technical background
Salesforce navigation expertise is a plus
Solar experience and knowledge is a plus
Engineering/design and troubleshooting or TSR experience is a
plus
Detail-oriented and technical-minded
