Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Authority Consultant -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Authorize payments, reserves, and coverage requests on claim files
while ensuring evaluation accuracy
Identify trends and provide coaching opportunities to improve claim
handler performance
Conduct data analysis and present metrics related to claims
processing and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent combination of education
and experience preferred
Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Property Field Claims
handler
Minimum 3 years of experience with Xactimate or similar estimating
software
Experience with related Claims systems such as Guidewire and ISO
ClaimSearch
Ability to obtain state Property Adjuster P&C Licenses as
required
