They provide a technical review of the incoming data for accuracy and completeness.Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and update corporate records in the GIS system, including records in the Smallworld GIS system, Documentum system, and various database systems in use at UGI.
• Responsible for the review and digitizing of natural gas facilities with the corporate GIS system, including monitoring completion documents submitted from operations and working directly with operations personnel to ensure timely and accurate data is digitized.
• Assist in the consolidation of the three gas subsidiaries into the corporate GIS system.
• Provide operations with custom maps and assist with data requests.
• Perform other duties as requested.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Experience working with Geographic Information Systems.
  • General knowledge of piping and natural gas facilities.
  • Strong math skills including trigonometry and geometry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.Education and Experience
