OverviewWeekend-only Production Light Assembly Associate Needed!
$18.80 per hour, plus $1.80 shift differentialShifts available:
- Weekend Night (Friday 11pm - Saturday 11am and Saturday 11pm -
Sunday 11am) Stryten Energy, a growing team of 2,500 willing and

uses a proven plastic injection molding methodology to produce
critical automotive, motive, and essential power battery
components. Our light industrial facility in West Lampeter Township
has 200 employees committed to living our values of Care,
Challenge, Commit, Change, and Create.Production Light Assembly
Associates monitor product coming out of injection molding
machines, clip/trim excess plastic, perform light assembly, and
pack product in boxes. Associates will be standing for their entire
shift, some jobs require reasonable bending and twisting to perform
duties. Parts are all light weight.We train - great opportunity for

- Who ever worked in fast-food, retail or warehouse environments
where attendance was a priority and you were trained to follow
processes and procedures;

Responsibilities
- Handling various types of plastic products
- Checking for visible defects to ensure quality standards are
met
- Perform light assembly of parts
- Trimming
- Packaging
- Labeling
- Maintain acceptable established production rates

- Must be able to read, speak and understand English
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not
required
- Follow all company safety rules and policies to include
communicating any and all unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, near
misses, incidents and or accidents to a Supervisor or Manager
immediately
- Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift knowing
that co-workers depend on their attendance to meet goals
- Physically perform work - standing/moving for the entire shift,
reasonable bending and twisting, sorting and packing
- Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in
the US on a full-time basis for any employerPreferred
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
