Your experience with State Farm systems and processes will be essential in maintaining a seamless and productive environment.Responsibilities

• Manage office operations and workflow to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members, promoting professional development
• Oversee office policies, procedures, and compliance with State Farm standards
• Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff
• Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
• Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfactionRequirements
  • 5+ years of State Farm insurance experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
