Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Demand Planner to
collaborate with customers, sales, and marketing to enhance
forecasting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve the baseline
forecast and demand plan
Evaluate forecast accuracy and coordinate cross-functional
activities to reconcile variances
Prepare and release the consensus demand plan to support inventory
planning and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience
Strong understanding of Sales and Operations Planning
Proficiency in Blue Yonder Demand and forecasting algorithms
Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Ability to drive action and influence decision-making at all
organizational levels
