Job Description:
A company is looking for an Orientation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support the onboarding of newly enrolled students
Initiate contact within 48-72 hours of enrollment to create a
welcoming environment
Provide support and direction to ensure understanding of key areas
for student success
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduate of an accredited institution's diploma or degree program
with high honors
Culinary experience preferred
Education experience preferred
Extensive customer service experience, preferably in a
student-focused establishment
Proven ability to work in a team environment
