Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Representative - Collections
Specialist (Remote, Temporary).
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process insurance claims for accuracy and
completeness
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare
providers to resolve claim discrepancies
Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely collection of
payments
Qualifications:
Proven experience in claims processing, collections, or a related
field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management
software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in
insurance or finance is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Strong organizational and time management skills
