A company is looking for a Client Experience Leader, Private
Risk in Insurance Advisory Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute client segmentation strategies to meet business
and retention goals
Enhance client experience and maintain high client retention
rates
Manage insurance company partner relationships and oversee team
integration projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 5 years of related experience in a service industry and in
a leadership capacity
Must maintain all licenses as required by the State Department of
Insurance
Experience with Agency Management System and/or CRM-related
software
Possesses a high level of technical insurance knowledge
Ability to develop effective strategies and motivate team
colleagues
