Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Staff Lead Clinician -
MD.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality oversight for medical care delivery and monitor
safety and efficacy workflows
Develop and manage a team of clinicians, including onboarding and
performance management
Lead strategic clinical initiatives and foster collaboration among
team members
Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree with at least one active state medical license
Board Certified in an ABMS specialty (e.g., endocrinology, internal
medicine)
2+ years of management experience directly overseeing physicians or
APPs
Experience managing clinical and business metrics related to
quality and productivity
Comfortable managing a patient panel with diabetes, pre-diabetes,
and obesity
