- $90,000 - $110,000 / year

- Location: Ashburn, VA - Hybrid -What You'll Do:As a
Compensation Analyst you will:
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of base
pay, long- and short-term incentives, and other compensation
programs.
- Evaluate jobs and develop standardized job descriptions, career
pathing, and pay structures.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable
salary structures.
- Provide data-driven insights for benchmarking, pay equity, and
trends analysis.
- Develop and communicate compensation budgets and provide
guidance on pay decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and stay updated on
compensation-related regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to align compensation strategies
with business goals.What We're Looking For:
-Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance,
Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing compensation programs,
designing salary structures, and implementing incentive plans.
- Strong understanding of US federal, state, and local
compensation laws (Canadian expertise preferred).
- Advanced skills in job evaluation, market analysis, and job
description development.
- Experience with compensation programs, survey data, and job
architecture.
- Proven ability to interact with senior leadership and advise on
strategic decisions. -Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar
designation. -Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication
skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook,
Teams, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with
minimal supervision.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and adaptability to meet
