Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Solutions to lead their
Solutions Team and enhance client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Solutions Engineers and Consultants team while
hiring new talent
Onboard and train new enterprise customers in collaboration with
the sales team
Develop new use cases for clients to drive platform adoption and
account growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a solutions consultant or sales
engineering role in a SaaS or technology organization
3+ years of experience leading a SaaS Solutions Team
Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new
technologies
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
